Cofounding my first SaaS in 2014

A decade later - I am cofounding my second SaaS

I co-founded our first SaaS startup back in 2014-2016.

The concept of SaaS was still brand new back then.

We were three co-founders building software that automated marketing and content creation.

Content marketing was just emerging as a new strategy.

We learned so much during this journey.

I discovered how to be an effective leader.

I figured out what entrepreneurship truly demands.

Our team went through an accelerator program.

We successfully secured funding.

We hired talented people to join our mission.

I led an engineering team that included data scientists.

The experience was an amazing roller coaster of emotions and learning.

Unfortunately, customer acquisition and sales were our biggest challenges.

We couldn’t find product-market fit.

Eventually, our startup fizzled out.

I discovered what truly matters in building a successful company.

I gained clarity on what's effective execution strategies.

I learned to build products that solve “hair on fire” pain points.

Over the year, I realized I needed to iterate as quickly as possible.

I need to iterate on positioning to tell a unique story.

I need to sell 1 customer at a time, to get the snowball rolling.

Ten years later, I am back!

With all the learnings this time…

I can lead and inspire.

I am extremely excited to going on this journey once again.
